About settlement belonging to Gawhar Taj Khanum's grandchildren, 1927
A copy of listed properties, based on an earlier settlement, that belonged to Gawhar Taj Khanum, younger daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah, amongst her grandsons, Mahdikhan (son of Husayn Khan Iftikhar Nizam), and Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan, Ibrahim Khan, and ‘Isa Khan (sons of ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad). Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri Sardar Mujallal (their grandfather and Gawhar Taj Khanum's husband) and ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad are the guardians of these four underage children.

Mashhadi Abu al-Hasan (with the power of attorney from his daughter) and Muhammad, Abu al-Hasan's son, sell parts of the Baygum garden to Rajab‘ali Bayg for seven tumans. On verso, Rajab‘ali sells parts of the same garden to Ibrahim Khan Sarhang [colonel] for ten tumans.

Sale document between Aqa Muhammad Qasim and the orderly of Ibrahim Khan Sartip [brigadier] over parts of Mahmud Abad farm in Narmashir in exchange for six hundred tumans. Additional rights were settled for one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Sale document between Mirza Nasr Allah and Ibrahim Khan, 1868
Mirza Nasr Allah, son of Aqa ‘Abd al-Vahhab Khan, on behalf of himself and with the power of attorney from Muhammad Khan and Fatimah Khanum, the inheritors of ‘Ali Muhammad Khan (son of Baqir), sells some properties in Kirman to Aqa Ibrahim Khan Sarhang [colonel], son of ‘Ali Khan from Bam, for thirty five tumans. The detriment fee is two tumans and some wheat.

Sale document between Taqi Khan and Ibrahim Khan, 1869
Sale document between Taqi Khan, son of Muhammad Naqi Khan, and the orderly of Ibrahim Khan Sarhang [colonel] over parts of Ruzan farm located in Karkuk, Narmashir, and parts of Turanj farm, as well as water usage of ‘Azam Nisa’ creek in exchange for sixty-six tumans and six thousand three hundred and fifty [dinars?]. Additional rights were settled for one hundred dinars and a man [unit of weight] of wheat. All the workers of these properties, except for ‘Ali Ramazan and Muhammad Ramazan, are part of this transaction.

Sale document of Bibi Maryam, younger daughter of Mirza ‘Ali Riza, with her husband, Mirza Muhammad Khan (son of ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan) over one-sixth of Jazan-i Khass farm, located in Rigan, for one hundred seventy-five tumans, dated August 22, 1869; a pulley and four well-diggers are part of this transaction. On verso, on August 23, 1869, Mirza Muhammad Khan sells the mentioned property to Ibrahim Khan Sarhang [colonel] for two hundred tumans.

Sale document between Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin Kalantar [sheriff] with the power of attorney from his wife, Maryam Khanum (daughter of Aqa Muhammad Ja‘far), and Mirza Sayyid Ghulamhusayn and Haj Sayyid Mirza (son of Mirza Hasan) over one-sixth of Zia’ Abad farm near Narmashir in addition to a date garden and three kharvars [unit of weight] wheat and barley in exchange for one hundred and ten tumans. Later, Haj Sayyid Mirza sells his half of the above property to the orderlies of Muhammad Ibrahim Khan Sarhang [colonel] for fifty-five tumans. After the transaction with Mirza Sayyid Ghulamhusayn...

Mirza Asad Allah Khan, son of Mirza Hasan Khan, with the power of attorney from his sister, sells some properties to Ibrahim Khan Sartip [brigadier] in exchange for one thousand and two hundred tumans and a detriment fee of one hundred dinars and some wheat. The properties were part of her mahr from her late husband, Mirza Husaynkhan from Bam, son of the late ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan.

‘Ali Ibn al-Hasan sells one-sixth of a farm in Narmashir to Ibrahim Khan Sartip [brigadier] for three hundred and fifty tumans. He has the power of attorney from the sister of the late Mirza Yahya (who is Mirza Sayyid Ghulam Husayn’s wife) to execute Mirza Yahya’s will and pay off his debts.
